Her approach to the human body, life force and consciousness is rooted on the one hand in the wisdom of Taoism. On the other hand the knowledge of struggles in modern times makes her an intuitive body worker and consultant. 

She is also a certified Tantra practitioner for female sexuality, f.e. from the lineage of Tao Tantric arts and other teachers, which gave her an even deeper understanding of expansion, sensual embodiment and pleasure. 

One of her main goals is to guide human beings back into trust and remembrance of their own body intelligence. 

She is an expert in TCM Acupressure, including Meridian Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion, Needling (acupuncture) and nutrition consultations. She also works as a Qi Gong practitioner, Tantra practitioner in Daoism& Tantra and Trauma.
